Preliminary Applications List

For an application to be accepted, all questions on the application must be answered and all required materials must be submitted to this Department. If an incomplete application is filed, it will be returned, which may cause a delay in processing.

After the preliminary review has been completed, applicants will be notified of any additional fees required before the application can be formally accepted as complete. A full schedule of fees can be found on our website at https://kernplanning.com/planning-fees/.

Filing fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you are submitting the appropriate application for your request. If you have questions about which application to submit, you may visit the Permit Assistance Center in person during public hours or by appointment.
