How to Start the Planning Application Process

From the Accela Citizen Access Portal, go to the Planning tab and then click on the Submit Application link in the blue bar at the top. Please have your site address or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) available. An account is needed to assist you with tracking the progress of your application, upload documents, and pay fees online.

Effective February 11, 2025, all Planning applications will be processed using the Accela Online Permitting System. You can submit applications online or you can submit traditional hardcopy applications by mail or in person at the address below.
