2020 Kern County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan

The Kern MJHMP, including Volume 1 and 47 Annexes, were approved by FEMA on April 9, 2021. Some jurisdictions’ HMPs, referred to as “Wave Two,” were approved by FEMA on October 14, 2021, and retain the same approval date for plan expiration of April 9, 2021.

FEMA Approval Letters
