How long does it take to process a precise development plan?

Applicants should allow up to 30 days for completion of the preliminary review.  If the application is incomplete, the applicant will be notified in writing of what additional information is required.  A typical PD plan requires approximately eight (8) weeks to process from the time the application has been accepted as complete if no environmental document is required.
